+ A pop-up park for urban "places that have been forgotten", that goes back to its vacant and dormant state and returns every year in a different form. Watch the construction video. Thanks Kate!

This is a project by students of the School of Architecture at the University of Waterloo in Canada. The space is between the two undergrad studios. It's a fantastic piece of work and the pics are great. Normally the space is quite desolate.

This is much like another re-parking idea:

yes a good project: i 'm working on those special projects too. I'm an architect (french) and artist too, and also will provide those sort of new contextual places to our inhabitants: social renewal and meeting in urban is a priority research and project for next social life...

I"d like informations about pocket park.
Thank you

Choice comments: "I like the idea to "Make every inch in your home work harder!", but the time and energy used to make the converting itself, as well as the time and energy applied for realization, sometimes make us work harder." A valid observation by Trend Office.

Designer sandwich bags per Sabine; "It made me stop and think. I realized I just purchased my first box of Ziploc bags ever last September (still not empty). I always used to think that they were for ‘other people’, coming from a home where there are still old margarine containers kicking around from the 1970s instead of Tupperware. Sheesh -why couldn’t re-using have been cool when I was a kid?"
